Kimberley is absolutely ecstatic to be the new owner of Grow Yoga in North Beach.
She has worked at the studio for the past 3 years on Monday Evenings and conducted monthly sound baths. She has a passion for healing and is thrilled to bring her vision which includes the addition of new variations of Yoga, Barre and Aerial, the mind and meditation, pre and post natal, instructors and a variety of new classes on the schedule. We will be adding healing Modalities such as:
– Shamanic Healing
– Energy work
– Hypnosis
– Conscious Relationship Workshops
– Reiki
– Massage/acupuncture
– Cacao Ceremonies
- Tarot /Oracle readings
- Moon Ceremonies
To name a few.
Kimberley so so excited to bring and share all the things she loves into one space and have fun while doing so. Look for creative events in the future. We will continue to offer Yin, Gentle and Restorative classes as well.

I am a certified member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists. I have many years of study, guiding students and clients, and teaching essential techniques to expand their consciousness. My areas of expertise are in Astrology, Kundalini yoga, Sound Healing & Gong Therapy, Mind & Meditation, Shakti Dance, as well as Multidimensional Energy Healing. My empowering personal approach and intention as a holistic wellness practitioner is to bring a new consciousness of health and wellbeing to humanity.
